Advanced Contact Solutions was one of the first players in what is currently known as the Philippine call center industry. We began operations in 1998 and having built up the trust and confidence of our clients, we are now ranked as one of the key call centers in the Philippines.

Through our holding company, Paxys, ACS was the first call center company to be listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) in 2003. In 2003, ACS had only 300 seats at its solitary site which was located at the outskirts of Manila. Over the years and with the growing confidence and support of our clients, our business and facilities have grown.

Recent years have seen the company’s continuous growth as the Philippines began to be known as the “choice for voice” in the world of contact center services. As a Philippine-based call center company, ACS’ Management team brought in the best practices from international and local work experiences as well as an intimate knowledge of the needs and motivations to deliver a world class performance. Beyond the Philippine Call Center Industry

In 2009, ACS once again began pioneering work by setting up ACS – China. Located in Dalian, this operation seeks to serve Japanese, Korean and Chinese markets. This coupled with an affiliate company in Malaysia, now provides clients with a one stop shop for Pan Asian languages. This recognizes the coming Asian Century where growing economies will probably drive the world economy as a whole.
