Advanced Contact Solutions (ACS) is led by a management team hailing from various disciplines and backgrounds. From contact center and BPO services, telecommunications, consumer goods, and financial services, our management team leads the company in delivering the best customer experience for our client's customers. The rich global experience and localized expertise of this team is most apparent when it comes to the operations excellence, customer focus, open communication and cooperation through all levels in the company.

 

Victor M. Endaya  Vic Endaya’s drive and determination drove ACS to become one of the key players in Philippine contact center industry today. Vic’s thirty eight year career built his reputation as a “turn around” artist and has succeeded in not only attaining targets but also delivering and increasing shareholder values.

Vic’s career began in SGV, the Philippines largest public accounting firm and was followed by stints of management scope and responsibility. He has served in Senior Management roles in Zilog, Van Melle, First Choice foods. With his work ethic and vision for ACS, Vic has led by his personal example of making a difference each and every day.

Vic is a Certified Public Accountant with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Asia Pacific. He has completed Masteral requirements in the Ateneo University and University of the Philippines on top of leadership courses taken at the prestigious Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Center for Executive Excellence in Colorado Springs, USA.

Gigs P. Patanao  Gigs Patanao is responsible for the Sourcing/Recruitment, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations within ACS. Her extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources was gleaned from leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and industrial companies. These tours of duty include RFM, Coca Cola Bottlers, Intel and Aboitiz where she handled positions of increasing scope and responsibility.

Prior to joining ACS, Gigs held the position of Corporate HR Department Manager in Republic Chemical Industries where she played pivotal roles in strategy and operations.

Gigs has a BA in Behavioral Science from De La Salle University and has completed academic requirements for her Masters in Industrial Psychology from the same institution.

Human Resources

 

Kevin K. Urrutia  Kevin Urrutia is responsible for all facets of Operations and showcases the promotion from within policy as practiced within the company. Kevin's client management and people handling skills are critical elements to his leadership in ACS. Promoted from Program Manager to Site Director and finally VP, Kevin has the technical skill and the operation smarts which makes ACS stand above other vendors.

Kevin worked with several contact centers and had a stint with American Express Financial Advisors. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Queens College, Queens, New York, U.S.A.
 

Vice President, Operations

 

Braden R. Wheeler  Brady Wheeler has spent the last eight years in the Philippines, seven of which were with ACS where he has risen from the ranks to assume his current role as Vice President for Training and Quality. He leads the TQA department and concurrently heads initiatives such as the ACS Academy, the primary learning institution within ACS.

Brady was previously connected with American Express Financial Advisors where he was a project manager and senior trainer for the Brokerage Division. He holds series 7, 24, 4, and 63 NASD licenses.

Brady holds a Bachelor in Science in Education and Human Development from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and has attended the prestigious executive program of Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.
 

Vice President,
Training & Quality

 

Thelma C. Rodriguez Thelma Rodirguez steers ACS towards making its profitability commitments to its shareholders through proactive cost consciousness/management and resource maximization. As ACS's CFO, Thelma works with an enterpreneur's mindset and the corporate skills required in Finance and Accounting.

Thelma is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and also hails from SGV. Prior to joining ACS, Thelma was an executive Vice President in a real estate company.

Thelma holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting as a Cum Laude at Ateneo de Davao University and finished her MBA at Ateneo de Manila University.
 

CFO

 

Michael Quimbao  Mike Quiambao is a died in the wool IT practitioner who has earned his stripes in the BPO and contact center industry. Prior to working with ACS, Mike was Chief Technology Officer for HTMT, a global contact center. He has also served as Division Head for Software Ventures International (SVI).

Mike began his IT career in manufacturing and direct selling before moving over to contact centers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University.
 

Vice President, Information Technology

 

Roland Gaerlan  Roland Gaerlan serves as the sales and marketing resource of ACS. Roland's distinguished career shows his ability to hit the ground running as well as his capability to adopt winning marketing strategies in the various companies he has worked for.

Prior to joining ACS, Roland served as SVP - Head of Sales and Marketing of Philam Plans where he led the company to unchallenged market leadership during his term. Roland began his sales career in Procter and Gamble Philippines. His career has taken him to positions of higher responsibility in Van Melle, Metro Drug Distribution and Globe Telecom.

Roland has a Bachelor in Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and attended international conventions and executive development courses.
 

Vice President, Business Development

 

Wendy G. Rondina  Wendy Rondina's role in providing 24 by 7 support to ACS Operations in a timely manner stems from her own stint in Operations as a team manager initially to Shift Manager. Wendy has the distinction of being the only person to win the ACS Achiever's Award - in two consecutive quarters. This has not been replicated since then.

Known for her diligence and hard work, Wendy is busy in defining the role of Administration in the future of the company. Wendy began her career in customer service in Jollibee, Philippine Wireless, and Dunkin Donuts among others.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce-Major in Management from Ateneo de Cagayan and has a certificate from Harvard Business School e-learning.
