ACS Celebrates Success at the 3rd ACES Annual Awards
Advanced Contact Solutions, a pioneer and leader in Philippine contact centers, celebrated its 3rd ACES Annual Awards held at the prestigious Maynila Ballroom, of the Manila Hotel last July 26, 2009. With its theme of “Scaling the Heights,” ACS has grown from a 300 seat company in 2003 to the 5500 seat network it has currently. The Annual Awards recognizes superlative achievement of Operations and Support staff across the entire company and confers these awards in the presence of the families of the awardees and attended by the ACS Management Committee. In recognizing excellence in customer care, ACS recognized the great contribution of front liners and other support staff (IT, TQA, HR, and Admin). “It is a time of great challenge for our company, but the loyalty and steadfast dedication of our people have shown the way time and time again,” said Victor M. Endaya, President and CEO. “We are proud of our people and are partners with them for the long term.” ACS provides compensation and benefits package as well as opportunities for personal development and growth within the company. Furthermore, the company used this same event to award meritorious Service Awards to its hard working and diligent employees. Among the Five Year Service awardees were no less than the President and CEO as well as two other VPs of ACS. It is heartwarming and reassuring to note that even during these difficult times, Philippine companies such as ACS continue to invest in its greatest resource: its people. |
