At work, we provide incentives; inter team contests, opportunities for the individual and team to be recognized by their peers. It is not an exaggeration to say that we work and play hard. We ensure that our employees are enjoying each and every activity that we launch, celebrating not just performance but camaraderie and friendships too. It has been our tradition to gather annually in our Christmas Party, the biggest and most awaited event of the year. All employees are invited to join this 12-hour event wherein only the top rated performers of our time are invited to party with our people. Truly, only the best party for the best people.

We celebrate successes, recognize achievement and honor our own "heroes" through monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition events. From certificates, trophies, parties, outings and "gimmicks" our people find value in their work - and seize opportunities for growth. We host the prestigious ACS Annual Awards which honors our best of the best in a gala night filled with prizes and more surprises.

Our promotion from within policy makes sure that our people can aspire for greater roles and responsibilities within the company. We support personal and professional development through full curricula of courses hosted by in house experts as well as third party consultants. This resource is the ACS Academy where we groom our leaders for bigger roles in the company and the community.
