In ACS, we believe that training is a never ending process which begins from the moment we have new hires, leading to performance development and then to career development programs.
Our new hire training consists of soft skills which include cultural acclimatization as well as voice and conversational training. Product specific training programs are done in synch with clients before agents are placed into a nesting bay.
Our career development training curriculum is under the ACS Academy which has a curriculum, lectures, work projects and discussions by the Senior Management of ACS as well as third parties who are invited to our classes.
We grow our people to the leaders of tomorrow.
