Our Operations team is composed of leaders who have been with the company for at least 3-4 years. We practice a promotion from within policy which provides opportunities for ambitious and hardworking agents to assume positions of greater responsibility within the company.

Our strong middle level management team successfully translates the company targets into meaningful goals for their teams. Through hands-on management, a focus on training and coaching, and leadership by example, our people make the difference which is felt by our client's customers.

As we execute our client's programs, we go through a discovery phase with our clients, study and analyze past performances, hire our Management team up-front, and put in the systems to measure and deliver outstanding results. ACS uses a proprietary migration technology which ensures the problem free transition to an offshore environment. Through our sister affiliates, we are constantly finding innovative approaches to push the envelope in delivering customer satisfaction.

Our teams work side by side with the agents and practice management by walking around. This breaks traditional barriers and builds respect, trust and confidence within the team.
