ACS has its own POP site in the US to allow our clients to directly link to ACS's network of contact center sites.

ACS has Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Programs (DRP) in place to supplement regular Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) efforts done on a regular basis. These systems have been tried and tested in the past - and have received kudos from our clients on our operational resilience in the face of many trying and challenging circumstances.
