ACS Sites

ACS has 4 call center sites in the Philippines-3 within Metro Manila and a fourth location which is an hour and a half to the South of the metropolis.

Our call center locations are strategically located in the commercial centers of Metro Manila. Two of these are situated in the center of the financial district of the country. The other one is located in commercial area of Quezon City which at one time was the capital of the Philippines.

These sites have 24 by 7 public transportation, fire and police stations, as well as top line hospitals in near proximity to our operations. This makes it not only accessible for our agents to go to work, but also provides convenience and a fair amount of prestige, as they report to our locations.

Our call centers have an Employee Care Center (ACS ECC) which allows our people to relax and socialize with their peers. Provided for free and open at all times, this venue serves as a place for recognition, relaxation and just chilling out. This environment promotes positive employee engagement and likewise impacts the retention of ACS agent workforce.
