ACS backbone for technology is supported by our IT teams dedicated to Field Support, Network and Telco Infrastructure, Systems Development, Information Security, Project Management and Helpdesk.
Field Support deploys a dedicated support team for each site. We currently have 6 sites within Manila, Laguna and Batangas. Dedicated team assignments for a campaign are sometimes done depending on the requirements of the client.
Helpdesk is the main interface with Operations Forcedesk, and is in charge of escalation. Support activities are highly governed by Key Performance Indeces (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Infrastructure support, Systems Development, and Information Security, are Tier 2 support organizations. Support runs on 24 by 7 operations.
Our systems use top in industry class AVAYA and CISCO technology solutions to ensure compatibility with our clients' needs and requirements. ACS is partnered with major US and Philippine Telcos which ensure competitive IT and Telco rates to make sure that costs are managed.
